Matt Coulthard, Costa?s operations manager, said: ?We look forward to welcoming the people of Romsey to enjoy the Costa experience with us.
?We intend to play an active role in this vibrant community and therefore want to extend a warm welcome to anyone who enjoys coffee and wants to meet their friends or business colleagues in the heart of town.?
Mayor of Romsey, Mr Cooper, said: ?Small town centres increasingly rely on caf?s, coffee shops and general recreational activity to maintain the footfall necessary to keep the kaleidoscope of shops in business. Accordingly, Costa is welcomed to Romsey.?
